FirstID SDK Email Hashed Race Test (FID-582)

Fires setEmailHashed() 5 times as soon as the SDK is ready: 2 calls back-to-back, then 3 more spaced 2-5ms apart. Delays under a few ms may be clamped by the browser's timer throttling, so the actual spacing can run a little wider than requested.
